All of our customers will have full access to their own personal Care Plan Portal, where you can find ticket support, view all your documents, make payments and request for a service on your system.
Remote System Monitoring
If installed, all heat pump owners can now monitor and control their systems remotely to ensure that the maintenance can be active and to resolve any issues that may occur.
Whilst Ground source and Air source heat pumps are now being used in thousands of households around the UK, the ability to monitor a system more easily should promote preventative maintenance allowing the heat pump system to run more efficiently and for a longer period of time.

Annual Service Included
At Hero Renewables, we offer all our Care Plan customers an annual visit to carry out checks to ensure your renewable heating system is safe and in good working order.

Unlimited Labour Included
Joining the Gold or Platinum Care Plan allows all of our customers to save a huge amount of money as they get unlimited labour included when they visit the property to access the system for a service.
Unlimited Free Callouts Included

If you join the Platinum Care Plan, you can have that peace of mind by having unlimited free callouts if there is an issue with your system.
